This is a great path that runs along the Dartmouth Waterfront. I often walk down to the tracks along the water and take in the Halifax skyline, but the path itself offers some great visuals, too!

I had the pleasure of spending a week at the Annapolis Basin Conference Center, attending the Great Teachers Seminar. The facility is great, and the surroundings were breathtaking.

After the last night session ending, I grabbed my camera and frantically ran down to the beach to grab some shots as the sun was setting. I haven’t looked at the shots from my 60D, but this is a panorama of the scene I made with my iPhone.

I shot this couple on a bench at Seaview Park last year. I posted another angle of the shot back then, but I came back to this shot and did some HDR and other editing treatments. I like the subtly of the fading light on the grass. This version captures the feeling of the moment much better.
